Afia is a member of both the litigation and transactional teams of the firm. Her practice areas include commercial law, movable and immovable property, criminal law, family law, chieftaincy, labour law, the law of torts and debt recovery.
She has acted for clients in the private sector, financial institutions, traditional authorities, entertainment industry and technology. She is your go-to person for the drafting or reviewing of commercial contracts and conveyances.
She has recently been involved in SMEs as well.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Ghana School of Law, Legon and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
